During that time, all services were unavailable, including e-mail.
If you submitted a Support message any time between 7:00 AM Eastern on June 15, and 7:00 AM Eastern on June 16, it may not have been sent to our support staff. If you have not already done so, please re-submit your message.

Now that the server upgrades have been completed, we are currently on track to expand our Product line (Open Source as well as Commercial), and our Service offerings.
